WMU-Michigan State game delayed by lightning and buckets of rain

East Lansing weather has forced at least a 30-minute delay in the Western Michigan-Michigan State game, with 11:19 to go in the second quarter. By NCAA rules, a nearby lightning strike means at least a half-hour suspension. Thursday night, UNC-South Carolina was stalled for two hours due to similar conditions.
